At Bikini Bliss Shop, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed swimwear items with original tags attached. Please note:
- All swimwear must be in original condition with hygiene liner intact
- Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned or exchanged
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Briefs
- Any swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return – Package the item securely and include your order number
- Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas):
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
