We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your beach essentials to you:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bikini Bliss purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Hygiene liner must be intact (where applicable)
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Briefs
- Any swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Damaged or Defective Items
